You can’t change an order once it’s been placed. If you want to add more items just place a separate order and we’ll combine them for you. Make sure you get your order in before the cut off.

You can cancel your order before the cut off. Unfortunately, if the cut off has passed we are unable to cancel your order as the producers will already be busy gathering the items together ready for delivery. To cancel your order before the cut off please email us at orders@farmtofridge.com.au.

As our produce is processed to order, unfortunately it’s not possible to add orders after the cut-off date as our producers will already be busy gathering your food. If you do miss the cut-off, make sure you set a reminder up for the following week. Orders open at 2pm every Sunday.

If you have forgotten to collect your order, you can visit the collection point the following day during regular business hours. Alternatively, email us at orders@farmtofridge.com.au to make arrangements.

Not to worry. All home deliveries are packaged in an insulated box containing ice packs to keep your produce fresh.
