Ingredients: Pasture raised goat, rice flour, spices, dehydrated vegatables, dextrose (tapioca, maze) preservative 223 (sulphites), canola oil, fermented red rice and natural sheep casing.

Keep frozen for up to 12 months. Once defrosted eat within 4 days. Our products are vacuum sealed to ensure maximum shelf life.

Goatmeat is extremely low in fat with a good source of protein, iron, zinc and vitamin B12. Pasture raised goat meat is 50% lower in fat than beef and 40% lower in saturated fat than conventional chicken.
